Integration is not a product you add. It is a decision to design the systems together from the start.

VDS and 1st FP Companies are affiliated companies under common ownership. Security is ours, fire protection and life safety are theirs. When you need both, it comes through one relationship rather than a subcontractor you have never met.
Yes, and that is usually the point. Most bids we see want the cameras, the security system, and the internet bundled with the structured cabling and low voltage on one number. We would rather quote the whole bundle as one job, because we are the ones running the cabling every system rides on.

Often yes, depending on the platform. We survey it and tell you plainly what will integrate cleanly, what will need replacing, and what we would leave alone.
Not if the vendor documents its work. You get drawings, port maps, and credentials. One partner should be a choice you keep making, not a trap.
Not sure what you have in there now?
